On Tuesday 3rd March, the children in Year R will be visited by Miller’s Ark Farm.  This will support their learning in Understanding the World, enabling them to ‘make observations of animals’, ‘know about similarities and differences’ and ‘show care and concern for living things’.  The visit will also be a very exciting stimulus for creative activities, encouraging children to ‘respond to feelings, ideas and experiences’ through art, music and movement.  We feel it is a wonderful opportunity for your children to find out first-hand about farm animals.

Letters with permission slips and a request for a contribution will be sent home nearer the time. Please complete the slip and return it to the office by the date requested.
